Hand-polished apatite, not a tumbled stone

These hand charmers made of apatite are not tumbled stones but carefully hand-cut and polished! You can imagine that this process is much more labour-intensive than throwing a load of stones into the drum. But as with fine fabric, handwork is required here. Each stone is shown individually. Conditions for commercial customers on request.

The name apatite is derived from the Greek “apatan”, which means “to deceive”. Due to the many possible colors, apatite is occasionally mistaken for tourmaline, topaz or other minerals.
