Rare Libyan Desert Silica Glass finds
Once arrived at the right location in the Libyan desert, it doesn't take too long to find the first desert glasses in the sand. Of course, rare finds are of special interest. On the one hand, very transparent glasses can be cut and used for jewelry (also available from TOP GEO). On the other hand, collectors are looking for glasses with intense green color, cristobalite inclusions, bubbles or streaks in the glass.
