This compartment box made of mortised wood with brass hinges and clasp. The box is filled with 24 separate small boxes (HB5).
Each of the small boxes consists of two parts. As illustrated, the small boxes can be put in their lids. Placed all together in the outer box, they appear as stepped compartments which looks much nicer than a simple grid would do.
Of course, the lids can also used for their usual purpose namely to close the small boxes.
