Unique nodule of white opal, so-called Casholong with corrosive polygonal surface sculpturing. Deep cracks on the surface arise in the final phase of the formation of an opal concretion in the environment of a volcanic (rhyolite) eruption as a result of internal stress and subsequent corrosion (alteration) processes. This creates a characteristic geometric arrangement with a typical polygonal structure.
