Foliated biotite crystals up to 45 mm in diameter, crystallized in pegmatite. The snow-white feldspar (albite?) forms a great contrast to the dark biotite. Both the front and back of the sample are very aesthetic. Collected during our field trip on August 27, 2008 in Norway.
