Vibratory Tumbler 30 Kg

The RAV75 Vibratory tumbler is build rugged for industrial use. It is designed with heavy duty drive and suspension system, and equipped with adjustable amplitude. The amplitude (the amount of movement of the bowl) determinates the force wich the tumbling media will act upon the workpieces. The greater the amplitude, the more aggressive the tumbling action will be. The adjustable weight system will produce a tumbling action that ranges from mild to aggressive. Machine bowl is made of tough polyethylene with a sound dampening lid to reduce noise while in operation.  The bowl is equipped  with a drain and hose for  flow-through operation .If the tumbler will be used for polishing as well as for grinding, always reserve one bowl (Item No. RB75) strictly for the polishing step so that it will be free from embedded cutting grit.
