The gorgeous cretaceous fossil of belemnite Neohibolites sp. replaced with precious opal from famous locality around the town of Coober Pedy. Fossilised belemnite of 3,4 cm long and 8 mm diameter has an intense iridescent rainbow opalization. The belemnite shale has been polished on the surface and placed back to the matrix.
